Responsibilities

• Develop leads, insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales using needs-based conversations and exceptional customer service to educate prospective clients and existing customers.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Foster and maintain strong client relationships with follow up phone calls, schedule appointments, and help maintain high retention rate.

Requirements

• Sales experience preferred including but not limited to (inside/outside sales, retail sales, and/or telemarketing)
• Bi-lingual (Spanish, Vietnamese, Madarin) speaking preferred
• Ability to create relationships and build strong rapport from a cold start
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude with the skill to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Be self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Strong work ethic and leadership skills while being able to work within a team.
• Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
• Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
